Does a friend’s registration earn commission?
Registration creates the relationship. Commission appears only after eligible usage is settled.
Is commission based on top-ups or spending?
Commission = eligible positive profit × the actual rate at settlement. Zero or negative profit does not create commission.
Can I earn commission from multiple invitation levels?
Only the direct inviter earns one level of commission. Further referral chains do not create additional levels.
Can I withdraw my commission balance?
Commission and usage balances are separate. This page does not provide a withdrawal entry point.
Why is my account unable to participate?
Personal referrals require the site to enable the program and your email to be verified. Owner accounts use the customer invitation entry. Check My invitations for your actual eligibility status.
